Hollister, CA: Northern California Renaissance Faire

Every year, in the Hollister, CA fall there is the loud bustling at the Casa de Fruta, of the Northern California Renaissance Faire

Our little village of Willingtown comes to life as our annual Market Faire welcomes talented and exotic performers from throughout the globe to our streets and stages.

The Entertainment is non stop all day. The streets and stages boast music and dance from traditional Morris and English Country, to Celtic and Gypsy Tribal. Swashbuckling sword fighters render women defenseless with their charm and skill. Come celebrate the harvest with us as the streets and pathways of our village come to life!

Our marketplace of master artisans offer the latest designs and finest hand work in blown glass, keen blades, armor and chain mail, romantic clothing, leather-work, woodwork, hand wrought jewelry, sculpture and much, much more. Stop to play a game of darts, sip an ale or sink your teeth into delicious fare while perusing the fine crafts displayed throughout the shire. Then, sit, relax and watch a show on one of our beautiful stages located throughout the marketplace or interact with some of the locals before heading on.

For those who wish to fully immerse themselves in the complete faire experience we recommend wearing a costume. If you don't have one of your own, you can rent one just inside our gates. Come join us for our themed weekends. Fairies, Masquerades and pirates are great costumes for adults and children.

Come join us on the weekends, from September 14 thru October 13, 2013. Email info@norcalrenfaire.com for any questions or visit our site for more information.
